Vertical sliding sash windows from Roseview
Roseview - the UK's original and biggest uPVC sash window manufacturer
Roseview Windows are the true sash window specialists. We only manufacture uPVC vertical sliders, in three systems - more than any other sash window manufacturer in the UK. Our three systems - Rehau Heritage, Plastmo Charisma and Eurocell - mean that we have the right type of window for any project. From modern new-builds through to traditional conservation projects, Roseview can supply the ideal window.
Established in 1977, Roseview were one of the first companies in the UK to manufacture uPVC sash windows. The result is that we have 30 years of experience and expertise in this field. Moreover, unlike most other sash manufacturers, we don't just manufacture vertical sliders, we fit them as well. We have commercial and residential divisions that install our windows, giving us an unrivalled insight into how our customers use our products.
And because we have been installing sash windows, nationwide, into every type of building imaginable, we're in a unique position to be able to offer a full technical advice service to our trade customers.
Timber windows and secondary double glazing
One of the things we've learnt as a sash window installer is that there are certain situations where planners and conservation officers insist on timber sash windows being used. Indeed, it's quite common for projects in sensitive conservation areas to require timber windows on the front of a property, while allowing uPVC windows on the side and back elevations.
Therefore, to complement our uPVC range, we also supply and install timber sash windows. We don't manufacture these windows ourselves - they are made exclusively for Roseview by our sister company in the North of England. As a result we don't supply the windows as a trade product, but we do install them on projects that call for both timber and uPVC sash windows.
Finally, we have recently added secondary double glazing to our product range. This product is perfect for projects where original timber sash windows must remain intact and unchanged, as they allow building users to benefit from the energy efficiency and noise insulation offered by modern double-glazing, without touching the original windows.
