30 years worth of sash window and double glazing projects
In our 30-year history Roseview have installed tens of thousands of sash windows in every type of location, all across the UK. From modern to Victorian, small to huge, simple to complex, we've installed uPVC sash windows into every type of property imaginable. Buckinghamshire farmhouse
This traditional farmhouse benefits from the classic lines of Rehau uPVC sash windows, with cottage- style astragal bars and sash bays.
Kensington mews
This mews house in Kensington uses wide, arched-head Rehau uPVC sash windows. Originally Roseview were only allowed to replace rear windows with uPVC, but the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea planning team were so impressed with the results, they changed policy and allowed Rehau uPVC sash windows to be used on the front of this conservation area property.
Richmond town houses
This prestigious development in the highly sought-after Richmond upon Thames includes a mixture of apartments, town houses and traditional houses. All properties included Eurocell uPVC sash windows and french doors, demonstrating how the Eurocell system is particularly well-suited to modern and new-build homes.
Traditional country house
This project shows how Rehau uPVC sash windows can look exactly like traditional timber sash windows, but without the need for constant painting and maintenance. Look at the before and after pictures above to see how closely we matched the original windows.

Parkwood School
Roseview have replaced well over 100 original Victorian timber sash windows on this challenging project. Almost all the windows are well over two metres tall, many are in huge double and triple combinations, and most have arched heads. The year after we'd completed the windows, the school reported that they turned their heating off two months earlier than usual. They also found the classrooms much more comfortable in the summer, because of the solar control glass we used.
Prestige apartments in Bedford
This project once again demonstrates how Eurocell uPVC sash windows are particularly well-suited to high spec modern and new build properties. Every window on this development is a Eurocell sash, and the result is a stunning facade where modern meets traditional.
Cheltenham private school
On one elevation of this project only a few windows needed to be replaced, making it very important that the new windows closely matched the style and colour of the originals. Rehau uPVC sash windows were originally designed based on a typical Victorian timber box sash window, so this wasn't a problem.
Secure windows for hospital
On this project we worked closely with the NHS and hospital management to design windows that suited the protected early 20th century building, while providing a range of safety and security features to help protect those inside this working hospital building. Features included permanently restricted opening, special anti-ligature hardware, and non-removable fixings.
