At our headquarters in Olney, Buckinghamshire, we manufacture every single sash window that we supply, bespoke, to order. Custom machinery for custom sash windows

The Roseview factory is equipped with a range of specialist machinery. All our manufacturing team are fully trained professionals with a wealth of fabrication experience. Our custom-designed jigs enable us to finish every joint on our Ultimate Rose sash windows as a butt joint. The frame is joined horizontally and the sashes are joined vertically to further enhance the traditional aesthetics.

With the latest manufacturing techniques and years of experience we are able to create sash windows with:

• Integrated run-through sash horns
• Deep bottom rail
• Fully mechanical joints
• 35mm meeting rail
• Tilt in sashes

These features all combine to create the most authentic uPVC sash windows on the market.

Factory finished in style

The Rose Collection sash windows come with a durable foil finish. This is available in six standard colours including a selection of authentic wood grain effect finishes. If you want a truly individual look to your sash windows, they can be factory-sprayed in any RAL colour. That’s over 200 shades to choose from with the additional option of dual colouring the frames for a different look on the inside and the outside.

To give you an idea about the capacity of the Roseview factory, our recent expansion is a great place to start. Such was the popularity of our Rose Collection sash windows that from using one factory unit, we have now taken over another two units next to our original factory. Having all our units in one place is the best way to ensure that all our expertise is always readily available.

Our three factory units comprise our manufacturing facilities as well as a dedicated product showroom and state-of-the-art training centre. At Roseview, we work together with architects, installers, specifiers, and conservation officers to ensure that we supply the best products to all our customers.
