Roseview’s priorities at this year’s FIT Show will be a little different to previous shows. Mike Bygrave, Director at Roseview Windows, explains why.
The FIT Show is back, and with it comes the chance for our industry to reconnect, showcase innovations, and celebrate everything great about the UK glazing industry. It’s a highlight of the industry calendar; a place where the latest products and developments take centre stage. But this year, there’s an extra dimension.
All the indicators suggest that we’re currently in a more challenging market than we’ve seen for some time. In conditions like these, installers on the front line need support from their fabricators. That’s why, at this year’s show, we will be demonstrating how Roseview has a full package of support initiatives to help our customers be successful.
MORE THAN JUST WINDOWS
We’ve always approached the FIT Show with two objectives. First, to showcase our award-winning Rose Collection sash windows, Incarnation secondary glazing and the innovations that keep us ahead of the game. And second, to meet up with customers, prospects, suppliers, and friends – to talk, listen, and strengthen relationships.
This year, we’re putting an even greater emphasis on that second goal. We’re exhibiting under the banner ‘More Than Just Windows’, and that’s exactly what we’ll be talking about – everything we do beyond just manufacturing sash windows to help our customers succeed.
Whether it’s marketing support, lead generation, or sample windows through our TIPS installer programme, we’ve got initiatives designed to help installers win more business. Our online quoting and ordering systems – BM TOUCH and Tommy Trinder – make it easy for customers to generate accurate quotes on demand. And with automated progress updates and delivery slots, we’re making the process from order to delivery smooth and predictable.
We’ve also expanded our colour and finish options thanks to our acquisition of foiling company Foilit, giving customers more choice than ever. At FIT, our team will be on hand to talk about how all of these services can help installers succeed in the current market.
MEETING THE TEAM
One of the biggest reasons to visit us at FIT this year is to meet the people behind Roseview. We’re bringing a strong team, so visitors will have the chance to put names to faces, have real conversations, and – just as importantly – tell us what they need.
We want to hear about the challenges installers are facing. If there’s something we’re already doing that can help, fantastic. But if there’s something more we could be doing, we want to know. Roseview has always evolved based on customer feedback.
WHAT’S ON SHOW?
Of course, no FIT Show would be complete without great products, and we’ve got plenty to show off. This year’s stand is our biggest yet, packed with our award-winning Rose Collection sash windows and Incarnation secondary glazing. There will also be two new releases that we’re keeping under wraps until the show.
We’ll be demonstrating our online quoting and ordering systems, which give installers a competitive edge by providing instant, accurate quotes. Our new BM TOUCH portal, our existing integration with Tommy Trinder, allows customers to generate their own prices quickly and easily, cutting down on admin and speeding up the sales process.
And for the first time, our foiling company Foilit will have a dedicated presence on the stand. Foilit enables us to offer a wider range of standard foils, but it’s also a standalone business, working with systems houses, fabricators, and installers to provide bespoke foiling with relatively low minimum orders.
